Management Team

Lorenzo Berho Carranza is our Chief Executive Officer since August 1st, 2018, previously he was our Operating Officer and was responsible for the performance of the business, including acquisitions of properties, valuation and analysis of investments, capital raising and financial efforts, as well as projects such as mergers, co-investments and structures of the Company. Previously, he held the office of asset manager within the Company. He also served as Vice- President of the Urban Land Institute in Mexico. He holds an industrial engineer degree by the Universidad Iberoamericana and received a master’s degree in Real Estate Sciences from the University of San Diego. Mr. Lorenzo Berho Carranza is son of Mr. Lorenzo Manuel Berho Corona.

Juan Felipe Sottil Achutegui has held the position of Vesta’s CFO since 2009. Mr. Sottil has extensive experience in capital and finance, accounting and treasury management, investor relations, and human capital management. He studied Industrial Engineering at the Universidad Anáhuac and received an MBA from Harvard University.

Diego Berho Carranza is Vesta’s Chief Portfolio Director responsible for the Company’s strategy related to new industrial park developments, as well as managing and maintaining the company's current portfolio and supervising its proper execution. He also oversees the sale and acquisition of Vesta’s project portfolios, leveraging his considerable technical knowledge. Mr. Berho received his degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and completed an Executive Seminar in Strategic Negotiations at Harvard University.

Alejandro Pucheu Romero has been Vesta’s Chief Legal Counsel since 2007. Mr. Pucheu received his law degree from Mexico’s Escuela Libre de Derecho, his Master's degree in International and Economic Law from the University of Houston, and his diploma in real estate investment management at the Harvard Business School.

Alfredo Paredes Calderon has held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer since 2016. In 2017 he was appointed Vesta’s Integrity Director as well. Mr. Paredes’ experience encompasses 20 years in the Human Resources area in companies such as Avantel, PepsiCo, Danone, and MerzPharma. Mr. Paredes received his degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Intercontinental and holds a diploma in Human Resources Strategic Administration from ITAM, and Training Management from ITESM.

Rodrigo Cueto Bosch has been Vesta´s Chief Investment Officer since 2025. Mr. Cueto previously served as our Senior Vice President of Capital Markets. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate investment management sector. He was responsible for supporting the management of our FFO growth strategies. Before joining Vesta in 2021, he worked at Walton Street Capital for four years within its industrial platform, where he executed successful real estate investments and divestments. Prior to that, he spent ten years at MetLife Investment Management and Citigroup, working in real estate finance and capital markets. Mr. Cueto holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and a diploma from IPADE.
