Management Team

Lorenzo has served as Vesta's Chief Executive Officer since August 2018, leading the Company's strategic growth and reinforcing its position as one of Mexico's leading industrial real estate developers and owners. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he served as Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw business operations, property acquisitions, investment analysis, capital markets activities, and strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and co-investment transactions. Earlier in his tenure at Vesta, he held the role of Asset Manager and also served as Vice President of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Mexico. Lorenzo holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and a master's degree in real estate from the University of San Diego.

Juan has served as Vesta's Chief Financial Officer since 2009. He oversees Vesta’s finance organization, including capital markets, financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, investor relations, and human capital. Prior to joining Vesta, Juan held senior leadership roles across finance and investment management, bringing extensive experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic planning. He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Anáhuac and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Diego is Vesta’s Portfolio Director responsible for Portfolio Administration and Development. He has also worked in different regions of Mexico as Project Manager with properties at different stages of development as Vesta’s as VP of Development. Diego has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Sustainable Development from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), a certificate in Real Estate Project Finance and Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and is a LEED Green Associate.

Alejandro Pucheu Romero has served as Vesta’s Chief Legal Counsel since 2007. Mr. Pucheu holds a law degree from Mexico’s Escuela Libre de Derecho, his Master's degree in International and Economic Law from the University of Houston, and his diploma in real estate investment management at the Harvard Business School.

Alfredo Paredes Calderon has held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer since 2016 and was appointed Integrity Director in 2017. Mr. Paredes’ experience encompasses 20 years in human resources, including roles at Avantel, PepsiCo, Danone, and MerzPharma. Mr. Paredes holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Intercontinental as well as diplomas in Strategic Human Resources Administration from ITAM and Training Management from ITESM.

Rodrigo Cueto Bosch has been Vesta´s Chief Investment Officer since 2025. Mr. Cueto previously served as our Senior Vice President of Capital Markets. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate investment management sector. He was responsible for supporting the management of our FFO growth strategies. Before joining Vesta in 2021, he worked at Walton Street Capital for four years within its industrial platform, where he executed successful real estate investments and divestments. Prior to that, he spent ten years at MetLife Investment Management and Citigroup, working in real estate finance and capital markets. Mr. Cueto holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and a diploma from IPADE.
